Responsibilities
- Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data in systems and Excel sheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
- Follow up with drivers on deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
- Coordinate order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates with the warehouse team.
- Maintain accurate records and file documents properly.
- Support Operations and Supply Chain with administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sectors and in warehouse management and operations.
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow up on pending tasks.
