Warehouse Coordinator

About This Role

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to coordinate and control day-to-day warehouse activities to support business service levels through effective inventory management, cost control, and safe operations. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, supports efficient material flow, optimizes warehouse space utilization, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet operational and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Open Order Allocation

• Daily Internal Movement (STO Triggering, PFI and TARIF Sheet creation)

• Ensuring Primary Inventory Accuracy

• Primary Write off and Destruction operation and tracking

• Monthly PO Creation and billing for Primary

• SCRAP and NEW Empty Pallet Management

• Storage Occupancy Monitoring

• Replenishment of the Consumable Material

• FIRS Tracking and Monitoring REQUIRED****QUALIFICATIONS

• • Working knowledge of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put‑away, picking, cycle counting, and dispatch.

    • Experience using SAP for inventory transactions and reporting.

    • Ability to analyze inventory and operational data using Excel or standard reporting tools (Power BI … etc.)

    • Understanding health, safety, and quality standards within warehouse or logistics operations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong commercial and cost control awareness

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Collaborative team player with a hands‑on operational mindset
