• Daily Open Order Allocation
- Daily Internal Movement (STO Triggering, PFI and TARIF Sheet creation)
• Ensuring Primary Inventory Accuracy
- Primary Write off and Destruction operation and tracking
- Monthly PO Creation and billing for Primary
- SCRAP and NEW Empty Pallet Management
• Storage Occupancy Monitoring
- Replenishment of the Consumable Material
- FIRS Tracking and Monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of warehouse management processes, including receiving, put away, picking, cycle counting, and dispatch.
- Experience using
Sap
- for inventory transactions and reporting.
- Ability to analyze inventory and operational data using
- Excel or standard reporting tools
- (Power BI etc.)
- Understandings
- health, safety, and quality standards
- within warehouse or logistics operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong commercial and cost control awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a hands on operational mindset
