  • Starting at $19/hour
  • $1,200 Sign-On Bonus $300 after 30 days $400 after 60 days $500 upon joining the union

  • Up to $1,000 performance bonus every 6 months
  • Additional $500 bonus for top performers
  • Overtime available during peak seasons
  • Potential 1.5x payout for unused sick time
  • Monday – Thursday overnight schedule
  • Three-day weekends every week
  • 40 hours guaranteed
  • Extra hours available when business is busy
  • Opportunity to leave early during slower periods without penalty
  • Team incentives that may allow you to leave early with pay when performance goals are achieved
  • Picking products for customer orders
  • Loading delivery trucks for next-day routes
  • Building pallets and preparing shipments
  • Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
