Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficient storage and handling, and manage the in and out flow of inventory in the warehouse.
- Receiving the shipments from forwarders and reviewing the delivery records, inspecting the damages, shortages, and excess, and reporting it to logistics, and follow up.
- Inspect the shipments with the respective documents and prepare GRN.
- Maintain the records of receiving, dispatch, and branch transfers of stock.
- Physical inspection of the goods returning from customers and dealers, and provide approval.
- Coordinate with supervisors and collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checking to ensure accuracy.
- To ensure the warehouse is maintained and updated in all respects in a presentable condition.
- Follow up and lead the team for the put-away process.
