We are a dynamic company operating in the import and export sector within the United Arab Emirates.
Our focus is on providing efficient logistics and warehousing solutions to our clients, ensuring smooth and timely operations across our supply chain.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our on-site team and support our warehouse functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing orders and ensure accurate dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to track stock movement and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage and workflow processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Basic proficiency in inventory management and stock control software
- Experience with material handling and warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to operate RF scanners and basic warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse activities
- Preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment in UAE
- Knowledge of import/export documentation processes
