We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including inventory management, order processing, and ensuring that the warehouse is always clean and safe.
You will work as part of a team to ensure that products are received, processed, and dispatched according to company standards.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials in a timely manner.
- Pick and fill orders accurately from stock in accordance with shipping requests.
- Package and label products correctly to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize shipping and receiving process.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of warehouse activities as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to warehouse management promptly.
- Comply with all company policies regarding workplace safety and health.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills required for inventory management systems.
- Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
