A Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to residential, commercial, or industrial buildings and structures.
They ensure high-quality finishes while following safety standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling holes, and removing old paint.
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
- Apply paint, coatings, varnishes, and stains using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking materials.
- Repair minor wall defects, cracks, and damaged surfaces before painting.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
- Estimate materials and quantities needed for projects.
- Clean work areas after project completion.
- Pay: AED1,120.79 - AED4,428.60 per month
