Walk in Interview- Sales Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
