We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
