We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell credit cards to potential customers.
The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, explain product features and benefits, and achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit cards to new customers.
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and field visits.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
- Ensure all applications comply with company policies and banking regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up on submitted applications until approval.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
