She is responsible for providing warm hospitality, professional table service, and in-depth knowledge of different cuisine and beverages.
The Waitress ensures that every guest enjoys personalized, attentive service in line with the restaurant’s high standards and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and handle requests or concerns promptly.
- Prepare tables before service and ensure cleanliness and proper setup throughout operations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredient information.
- Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per restaurant guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine dining or high-end fine dining restaurant (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Customer-focused, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
