Waitress & Order Dispatcher

About This Role

We are a seafood restaurant in Jumeirah, looking to hire a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Order Dispatcher & Waitress. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Use delivery apps like Deliveroo to manage online orders and dispatch deliveries.
• Manage the entire order process, from accepting the order to arranging delivery.
• Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Efficiently take and manage orders from Dine in customers.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter and order dispatcher in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience using delivery apps (Instashop or similar platforms).
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and find quick solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Preferably holds Food Hygiene & PIC certificate
