About This Role

Job Title: Waiter / Front of House (FOH) Job Summary: The Waiter / FOH staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience, and representing the restaurant in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer questions Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the system Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to standards Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction

Handle customer complaints or issues politely and escalate when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Process payments (cash, card, POS system) Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of food and beverages Good personal hygiene and appearance Ability to stand for long periods

Preferred Skills: Experience with POS systems Upselling skills (suggesting add-ons, drinks, desserts) Multilingual (Arabic & English is a plus) Working Conditions: Flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays) Indoor restaurant environment May require long standing hours Performance Expectations: Deliver excellent customer experience Maintain speed and accuracy in service Increase sales through upselling Represent the brand professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
