Qualifications and skills
- At least one year of service experience in a Michelin-starred or five-star restaurant, hotel, or luxury property is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- A three-year hotel-school diploma is highly regarded.
Duties
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient, flexible, and personalized service to the Principal.
- Serve food and beverages, arrange table settings, and serve welcome drinks when the Principal arrives at the residence.
- Know the room-service offering and menu and answer questions about menu selections.
- Track the Principal's preferences and report them to the F&B Manager and Senior Butlers.
- Follow the Principal's needs through completion with discretion, calm service, and attention to timing.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining, reception, and work areas; help monitor residence stock.
- Record instructions and updates and provide a proper handover before signing off.
- Follow company rules and fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies; attend scheduled meetings, training, and related activities.
Salary and benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500 tax-free per month.
- Benefits include shared accommodation, meals, health insurance, visa provision, and laundry service.
- The schedule includes one day off per week, 60 days of leave, and a ticket home every second year.
