The employer is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Waitress to provide service and support a pleasant dining experience.
Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle requests professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area.
- Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- A pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude are expected.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene are expected.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
