Job Summary:
Flare Burger is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to ensure a great dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for customers at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other service staff.
- Assist in preparing takeaway/delivery orders when required.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
