Waiter

Baz Arena is hiring Customer Service / Waiter staff for its branch in Al Shamkha.

We are looking for candidates who are polite, professional, and able to deal with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

The candidate should be able to explain the venue and services clearly, and have the experience or ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment during peak hours.

Welcome customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Explain Baz Arena sections and services clearly to new customers.

Provide information about packages, prices, offers, booking methods, and how to use the gaming devices.

Assist customers in choosing the right service or package based on their needs.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve orders to tables and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and seating areas.

Handle customer comments professionally and report any issues to the direct supervisor.

Support the team during busy and peak hours.

Help increase sales by politely recommending additional products to customers.

Follow Baz Arena policies and internal operating procedures.

Arabic speaking is preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, restaurants, cafes, lounges, or entertainment venues is an advantage.

Ability to deal with customers professionally and calmly.

Good communication skills and presentable appearance.

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.

Ability to explain the venue and services clearly and simply.

Punctuality, discipline, and commitment to work.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to commute to and from the workplace in Al Shamkha on a regular basis.

8 to 9 hours per day, depending on the work schedule and peak hours.

Fixed monthly salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

A Target & Bonus system will be provided based on performance, sales, service quality, and commitment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
