Key Qualifications
- **F&B Experience** — minimum 1–2 years
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle POS systems and cash transactions
- Knowledge of order‑taking, serving standards, and basic food safety
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Operate the cash register/POS system
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and cashier area
- Support the team during peak hours
