The ideal candidate can prepare high‑quality dishes consistently, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- **Prepare Italian dishes** — Fresh pizzas, pastas, sauces, and toppings
- **Manage dough preparation** — Mixing, proofing, stretching, and baking
- **Maintain kitchen hygiene** — Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- **Monitor inventory** — Track ingredients and report shortages
- **Ensure consistency** — Taste, presentation, and portion control
- **Collaborate with team** — Support smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
