- **Serving & Clearing:** Delivering meals and beverages in a timely manner, checking dish quality, and clearing tables between courses. [1, 2]
- **Payments:** Preparing bills, processing cash or credit card transactions, and returning change. [1, 2]
- **Maintenance:** Assisting with setup (polishing silverware/glassware), maintaining a clean dining area, and performing end-of-shift restocking. [1, 2]
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- **Communication:** Ability to converse clearly with guests, provide menu recommendations, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.
- **Multitasking:** Skill to manage multiple tables simultaneously and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Stamina:** Endurance to stand and walk for extended hours while carrying trays and dishes.
