The role is for an Arabic-speaking waiter.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Provide customer service and ensure guests' dining needs are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Address customer complaints and take appropriate action.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records for restaurant supplies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a food server in a restaurant or café.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Schedule
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 1,100 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Applicants must be able to commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
