Quince Restaurant & Café in Dubai is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Waiter.
The role oversees dining-area service and delivers personalized, high-level guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee dining-area operations and supervise floor staff.
- Manage orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns while ensuring attentive service at every table.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and organization in the dining section.
- Guide junior staff and uphold hospitality and professionalism standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of waiter experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards and guest relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to lead and train junior service staff and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks is a plus.
Pay
- AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
