Quince Restaurant & Cafe seeks an F&B Assistant Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports daily food and beverage outlet operations, guest experience, service flow, and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities across F&B sections and ensure service standards, food quality, and hygiene procedures are met.
- Assist with staff scheduling, supervise team performance, and lead pre-shift briefings; coordinate kitchen and service teams.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and stock usage and support ordering processes.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance; support operational reporting, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Participate in implementing menus, promotions, and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of service standards, food handling, and HACCP guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills; able to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve challenges quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tools.
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for outstanding service; flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
