Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and specials, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve items according to company standards.
- Set, maintain, and clear tables; anticipate guest needs; and handle requests or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and process bills and payments accurately.
- Support colleagues, follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures, and build relationships that encourage repeat visits.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous waiter or waitress experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for hospitality, and focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Russian language is an advantage.
