The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations, coordinates the team and supports efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize restaurant operations, assign shifts, schedule staff and ensure team awareness of the menu and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety compliance; improve service methods for food, beverages and pastries.
- Brief, motivate, coach and develop staff; promote teamwork and meet sales and performance targets.
- Analyze KPIs, manage staff documentation and maintain a strong operational presence on the floor.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, food quality, presentation, timing and equipment upkeep.
- Build guest relationships, monitor guest experience and resolve service issues.
- Complete operational reports, ordering and administrative procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in the UAE or Gulf region, overseeing teams of at least 8–14 staff members.
- Fluent English; Russian language knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Syrve POS.
- Confident and proactive, with critical-thinking and decision-making skills, ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to complete ongoing company-provided training, tastings and guidance.
