Job Overview

Zaylina Digital is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking VP of Product Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital products. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional team leadership.

The VP of Product Development will drive product vision, oversee development lifecycles, and ensure the successful launch of high-impact digital solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead product development teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation, user-centric design, and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for product development initiatives.
  • Ensure quality, scalability, and efficiency in product delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in senior product leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of product management, UX/UI, and software development processes.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
