Skillscaper is a French deep-tech company pioneering a new category in human potential assessment through immersive, context-based technologies.
We are expanding into the Middle East and are seeking a Founding SVP of Sales to lead this growth.
This is not a conventional sales leadership opportunity. It is a rare build-stage executive mandate for a high-caliber commercial leader with the stature, network, and execution power to establish Skillscaper as a major player in the regional enterprise market.
The executive appointed to this role will be expected to open strategic doors, win high-value enterprise accounts, recruit and lead a top-tier commercial team, and build a revenue engine of significant long-term value.
The Mandate
As Founding SVP of Sales , you will lead Skillscaper’s commercial entry and expansion across the Middle East .
Your mission will be to:
- Establish Skillscaper’s presence with major enterprise buyers across the region
- Build direct relationships with senior HR, Learning & Development, talent, assessment, and workforce decision-makers
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise contracts
- Design the most effective commercial approach and market penetration strategy for the region
- Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Create the foundations of a durable, high-value regional revenue organization
This is a role for a builder with executive presence — someone capable not only of generating revenue, but of creating commercial architecture.
What You Will Own
You will be expected to:
- Develop executive-level access across large enterprise accounts in the region
- Position Skillscaper with credibility among sophisticated buyers
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial access to signed contract
- Identify the strongest verticals, commercial priorities, and expansion pathways
- Recruit as many sales professionals as you believe necessary to accelerate growth
- Lead, incentivize, and scale your team with high standards of performance
- Build a commercial culture centered on discipline, trust, ambition, and results
- Work directly with company leadership on strategic growth decisions
This role is centered on major strategic wins — not commodity selling, volume prospecting, or transactional sales management.

Compensation & Upside
This is a performance-driven executive opportunity with substantial upside.
The compensation structure includes:
- 15% commission on contracts secured through your direct involvement
- 5% override commission on all net sales generated by the team you recruit and lead
- No cap on earnings
- Significant executive influence in Skillscaper’s regional expansion
