Role overview

Leads data, governance, and operational infrastructure for custom proxy voting policy solutions.

Ensures client-defined policies are translated into scalable data frameworks and operationalized for proxy research and voting execution globally.

Partners with the Head of Custom Policy, who owns client policy design and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee structured policy data, governance, version control, and auditability.
  • Establish validation controls for policy data and research inputs.
  • Lead global proxy research workflows and drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across Custom Policy, Technology, Product, and Business; evolve operating models and governance.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, data, and control risks; lead change implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in data operations, governance, proxy voting, corporate governance research, or related financial services.
  • Experience leading complex data-driven operations and translating client requirements into system-ready frameworks.
  • Expertise in data governance, operational controls, data quality, validation, and scalable process design.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, influencing, and cross-functional execution skills.

Compensation

  • Salary range is USD 200,000–225,000; compensation cadence is not specified.
  • Bonus eligible.
