Support the strategic communications for the Group Head, translating business priorities into clear, aligned and impactful narratives across internal and external audiences.

Enable cross-vertical marketing strategy by ensuring clarity of direction, consistency of messaging, and disciplined execution across business units, markets and channels.

Serve as a central point of orchestration between leadership, marketing, corporate communications, and key stakeholders to ensure message coherence and timing discipline.

This role operates as a horizontal enabler across the Marketing functions for Personal Business and Wealth, strengthening execution integrity, prioritisation, and follow-through.

It does not define Marketing or customer strategy, nor does it own growth outcomes or channel delivery.

Instead, it ensures that strategies owned by Marketing verticals are executed effectively within a coherent and well-governed framework.
