Vocational Evaluation Supervisor
Role Overview
The Vocational Evaluation Supervisor manages and supervises the Vocational Evaluation team, oversees the Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAP) process, and assesses the work skills, abilities, work readiness, and vocational potential through the administration of aptitude and educational achievement tests of the clients at the program site. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, vocational education, psychology, or education, or the equivalent in a related field.
- Current Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credentials from the Commission on Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certification
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant prior experience in vocational assessment is required, with 1 year in a Supervisory role.
- Knowledge of vocational systems and valid testing procedures, as well as knowledge of the labor market and world of work.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are preferred.
