Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store layouts using product categories, seasonal themes, and promotions.
• Design and set up eye-catching window displays.
• Arrange garments and accessories to highlight product features and encourage sales.
• Create themed and seasonal displays aligned with occasions and fashion trends.
• Strategically place best-selling and high-margin products to maximize visibility.
• Develop and install signage and graphics with product information, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain display stock and replenish products as needed.
• Inspect displays, fixtures, and props weekly and keep them presentable.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to improve merchandising.

Requirements

• Proven Visual Merchandiser experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong artistic and creative ability, attention to detail, and color coordination.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and the effect of visual presentation on buying decisions.
• Ability to create displays aligned with brand identity.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events when needed.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience is required; 3 years of visual merchandising experience is preferred.
• High school or equivalent education is preferred.
• Garment, fashion, and retail trend knowledge is a plus.
• English, Arabic, and Hindi are listed under language.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 1,800–2,500 per month.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent role; weekend, holiday, and special-event work may be needed.
