Role Overview

Store Layout and Display

• Develop and execute store layouts based on product categories, seasonal themes, and promotions.
• Design and set up eye-catching window displays.
• Arrange garments and accessories to highlight each product's features.
• Create thematic displays for occasions and seasons.

Product Presentation and Store Maintenance

• Place best-selling and high-margin products in key locations to maximize visibility.
• Develop and install signage and graphics for product information, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain sufficient stock for displays and replenish products as needed.
• Inspect and maintain visual displays, fixtures, and props weekly.

Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to improve visual merchandising strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in retail.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail and color coordination.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and visual presentation's effect on buying decisions.
• Proficiency in creating displays aligned with brand identity.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of garment trends, fashion, and retail developments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events when needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE is required.
• Three years of visual merchandising experience is preferred.
• English, Arabic, and Hindi are listed as languages.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 1,800–AED 2,500 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
