About This Role

Visitor Experience - Project Consultant

Actively contribute to the development of a unified district-wide visitor experience strategy and its implementation, aligned with Abu Dhabi Tourism and national goals.

• Help coordinate end-to-end journey design across pre-arrival, onsite, and post-visit stages at the Cultural District

• Lead transversal projects across company asset managing both internal and external partners, through systematic workplan, timeline, and management of multiple work streams

• Use data, trends, and global benchmarks to continuously improve and innovate the visitor journey

• Prepare all analyses, both quantitative and qualitative to assess the current situation, lay out a comprehensive strategic plan integrating all dimensions (VX, commercial, operations, etc.) and develop a set of recommendations for senior leadership

• Develop well-structured PowerPoint presentations that articulate objectives, analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership

• Manage autonomously a large range of stakeholders at senior levels, in a structured and systematic fashion

• Participate in planning and development processes to ensure visitor experience needs are embedded.

• Design & implement wayfinding & information across the cultural district

• Review retail and F&B strategy at the district level

• Review all amenities and services at the district level

• Help shape a year-round activation program at the district level

• Champion accessibility and inclusivity, as well as green mobility and environmental sustainability into visitor-facing services.

• Establish centralized feedback systems and monitor visitor experience KPIs across all sites.

• Ensure all public activations and services in shared spaces reflect organisation standards and cultural relevance.

Education & Background

• MBA from top tier institutions
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in strategy consulting or transversal strategic roles in corporations
• Excellent at quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent at building storytelling and recommendations
• Great communication skills to senior executives
• Very flexible and agile, capable of adjusting quickly to changes
• Great at working within teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter easy to work with
