Visitor Experience Associate serves
About This Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1
. Ticketing & Cashier Operations
• Manage the ticket counter and process guest transactions accurately
• Handle cash and digital payment methods efficiently
• Maintain proper records of daily ticket sales and transactions

Guest Welcome & Reception
• Greet all visitors warmly upon entry and create a positive first impression
• Provide a clear and engaging introduction to the experience
• Guide guests safely through the experience with proper instructions and safety briefings
3.
Facility Monitoring & Reporting
• Conduct regular checks on the facility during operational hours
• Immediately report any technical breakdowns, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the operations supervisor
• Assist in always maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate / Diploma or equivalent (hospitality/tourism background is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic)
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer/POS system proficiency
Based in Riyadh (preferred)
