Substitute Educator

We are looking to grow our Substitute Education Team . If you have an active Washington State Instructor License plus one of the following: Cosmetology, Esthetics, Master Esthetics, Barbering, Nail Technology/Manicuring; are passionate about our industry, and looking to teach others what you have learned over the years, we would love to talk with you about a career in education.

Job Responsibilities

• · Follow lesson plans, teach and implement assigned curriculum in a positive, fun, engaging, effective manner.
• · Participating in coaching and motivating students
• · Participate in resolving student concerns as appropriate
• · Share industry knowledge and experience with students
• · Support educators as needed

Applicant Requirements

• · Must have an active industry license as described above
• · Must have an active Washington State Instructor License
• · Demonstrate leadership skills for teaching and motivating students
• · Ability to teach in both classroom and student spa/salon environment
• · Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
