Full Job Posting

Work arrangement

  • Fully onsite at the client's office in Dubai.
  • Official full-time employment through a DXC legal entity.

Role overview

Define technology roadmaps and architecture for intelligent imaging and perception systems in AI-powered consumer products.

Work across global engineering teams and contribute to multiple generations of product technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision architecture from sensor and ISP through CV/ML and application layers; translate product and UX requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Set image-quality strategy and architect reusable, modular CV/ML frameworks across product SKUs.
  • Balance performance, power, cost, and thermal constraints; define AI model lifecycle from training to OTA deployment.
  • Architect CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP utilization and define KPIs for latency, FPS, power, memory, boot time, and robustness.
  • Select inference engines, frameworks, and hardware platforms; guide SoC bring-up and vision-pipeline performance validation.
  • Set coding, modularization, and maintainability standards; identify technical risks and mitigations.
  • Collaborate with hardware, ISP, Android/Linux platform, and product teams; mentor engineers and provide architectural governance.
  • Contribute to long-term vision and AI roadmaps across product generations.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 10–15+ years in imaging, vision, or perception systems.
  • Experience architecting and shipping multiple consumer products with vision or AI.
  • Deep knowledge of imaging pipelines, sensor behavior, and ISP tuning.
  • Strong embedded architecture, expert-level C++, and system-level optimization.
  • Expertise in CV/ML integration, optimized ML deployment on consumer SoCs, heterogeneous compute, system KPIs, and validation strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • English: B2 Upper Intermediate.

Nice-to-have skills

  • Computational photography; AR/VR or advanced camera features; silicon bring-up and hardware/software co-design.
  • Large-scale model deployment and OTA updates; multi-camera or depth-sensing systems.
  • Patents or technical publications; architecture leadership across multiple product generations.

Benefits

  • Visa and relocation support, medical and life insurance, family support benefits, and children's education assistance.
  • Additional benefits are provided according to local company policies.
