**Location:** Burjuman, Dubai – Visawala Documents Clearing Services LLC
About Us
Visawala is a growing visa consultancy firm providing expert documentation services for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada and other global tourist destinations.
We are known for accuracy, speed, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare **complete tourist visa files** for multiple countries, including:
- Application forms
- Travel/health insurance
- Hotel and flight bookings
- Cover letters and supporting documents
- Verify all client documents to meet embassy/consulate requirements.
- Guide clients through the entire visa process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers for bookings and maintain organized records.
Requirements
- **Education:** Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** (any discipline).
- **Experience:** Proven track record in **tourist visa documentation** for *all major destinations* (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
