Job Overview

West Avenue Services is urgently hiring an experienced Immigration Case Processing Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in immigration and tourist visa processing, with strong attention to detail and excellent client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process immigration applications by reviewing and verifying forms and supporting documents
• Handle tourist visa applications(US, Canada, Australia, Schengen, Asian countries, etc.) including application form filling and document checklist preparation
• Advise clients on overseas immigration and travel options
• Provide accurate information based on current immigration laws and visa policies
• Respond promptly to client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, etc.)
• Track and update clients on application progress
• Ensure all documents meet government requirements
• Maintain accurate records of applications and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth processing
• Stay updated on changes in immigration rules and policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in immigration or visa processing
• Experience in tourist visa processing is required
• Strong knowledge of immigration procedures for multiple countries
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computers and online application systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to join immediately
• Preferred Qualifications
• UAE experience in immigration consultancy
• Fluency in English (required) and Hindi (preferred)
