Overview

We are seeking a **highly organized and proactive Virtual Scheduler & Coordinator** to support our UAE-based operations in managing schedules, coordination, and communication across clients, staff, and stakeholders.

This role is fully remote but requires alignment with UAE working hours and strong communication with local UAE teams.

Sulukeyat is a specialized support center for learning difficulties and special needs, focused on evidence-based, naturalistic teaching approaches that empower learners and their environments to achieve meaningful progress.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time remote role
  • Flexible shifts (must be available for early morning UAE time when required)
  • One day off per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules for staff, clients, and service providers
  • Handle all incoming inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate scheduling systems and ensure all updates are properly recorded
  • Support operations by resolving scheduling conflicts and managing last-minute changes
  • Respond effectively in urgent or emergency scheduling situations
  • Collect and document feedback from stakeholders to support service improvement
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper use of scheduling systems and CRMs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in scheduling, coordination, appointment setting, or similar role
  • Strong experience in **CRMs, scheduling tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)**
  • **Knowledge of ClassCard is preferred**
  • **Experience in an educational setting is preferred**
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience working with international teams (UAE exposure is an advantage)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
  • Available to join immediately

This role requires someone who can manage high volumes of coordination, communicate clearly across multiple channels, and ensure smooth daily operations between teams in the UAE and remote staff.

The ideal candidate is reliable, responsive, and highly organized.
