Part time Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)
About This Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and able to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services in a multidisciplinary setting.
Qualifications
- UAE-attested Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- Valid DHA License or eligibility to apply (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, assess, and treat speech, language, oral language, social communication, feeding, and written language disorders (primarily in children and adolescents)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide parental guidance, coaching, and training
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for other professionals when required
- Prepare detailed assessment and progress reports for each patient
- Maintain accurate documentation for each session
- Manage a busy caseload independently
- Collaborate with teachers, doctors, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in clinic meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
- Knowledge of AAC systems is an advantage
