Virtual Reality Club Battleworld (Night Shift PC Administrator)

BattleWorld is a leading virtual reality gaming center based in Al Quoz, Dubai.

We provide our customers with an exciting and immersive entertainment experience using advanced VR technology and high-performance gaming PCs.

To keep our equipment and systems operating reliably, we are looking for a dedicated System Administrator to join our team.

As a System Administrator at BattleWorld, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our computer equipment and technical systems.

This role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that our gaming PCs and VR equipment run smoothly and efficiently.

The position also requires basic knowledge of Photoshop and design, as you may assist with simple graphic design tasks for promotional materials and internal company needs.

Your technical skills will play an important role in helping us provide a high-quality experience for our customers.

The working schedule will be from **8:00 PM to 5:00 AM**.

Manage and maintain all computer equipment and VR devices in the center.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.

Ensure that gaming PCs and VR systems are properly configured and optimized for performance.

Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure.

Carry out regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.

Assist with the installation and setup of new hardware and software.

Support basic graphic design tasks using Photoshop for marketing materials and internal requirements.

Work closely with the team to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.

Previous experience as a System Administrator or in a similar technical role, preferably with gaming PCs and VR equipment.

Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Experience with VR devices and gaming systems is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop and design principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
