Job Description: VR Club Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers upon arrival.
• Introducing visitors to the VR experience and clearly explaining game rules and safety instructions.
• Conducting games and activities inside the VR arena.
• Helping customers with VR equipment before, during, and after the game.
• Monitoring the proper use of VR equipment and ensuring it is handled carefully.
• Taking responsibility for the equipment used during each session.
• Checking that all devices are working properly and reporting any technical issues immediately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the VR arena, reception area, and other assigned areas related to VR operations.
• Ensuring that VR headsets, controllers, and accessories are clean, organized, and ready for the next customers.
• Providing a friendly, professional, and exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Supporting the team with daily VR operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Basic technical knowledge and practical technical skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and active entertainment environment.
• Responsible attitude toward equipment, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Positive, polite, and professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Passion for virtual reality, gaming, and entertainment is highly preferred.

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week.
• 8-hour shifts with a lunch break.
• Morning shift: **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**.
• Afternoon shift: **1:00 PM to 10:00 PM**.
• **30 days of annual leave**.
