This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.

Our partner is looking for a Virtual Project Manager based in United Arab Emirates.

This role sits at the intersection of product execution, education, and business scaling within a fast-growing digital academy focused on helping entrepreneurs build and expand trade-based businesses.

You will take ownership of an existing online academy platform and drive its evolution into a scalable, high-impact learning ecosystem.

The position requires a strong blend of project management discipline and entrepreneurial thinking, with responsibility for shaping programs that guide learners through real business creation and growth.

You will coordinate remote teams, improve operational systems, and directly influence student outcomes and business performance.

Working in a fully virtual environment, you will collaborate with instructors, mentors, and stakeholders across multiple verticals.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in building, scaling, and optimizing digital education products with real-world impact.

Accountabilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end development and optimization of the virtual business academy platform, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of the learning experience.
  • Design and expand training programs that support technicians and entrepreneurs in launching and scaling businesses across multiple home service verticals.
  • Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through structured program improvements and initiatives.
  • Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support the academy’s expansion into new markets and geographies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insights, and implement data-driven improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Align academy strategy and execution with broader business vision while ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery of programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or strong interest in building and scaling digital products or business education programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to design structured processes, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution from concept to delivery.
  • Bonus: experience in trade industries, vocational training, or business education focused on real-world operational businesses.
