Minimum Requirements:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Texas
- Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area
- Minimum three years of experience providing direct patient primary care post-resident training

Primary Care Panel Incentive (up to $20,000)
The annual salary for this position at full-time is $212,800 - $239,500 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
