Virtual Admissions Coordinator – Substance Use Treatment
Fully Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM ET
SUD / Behavioral Health Admissions Experience Required
About the Role
Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process.
This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline.
What You'll Do
Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation.
Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options.
Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics.
Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion.
Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals.
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
What We're Looking For
Required
Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination.
Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care.
Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.
Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.
Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems.
Preferred
KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience.
Insurance verification and treatment placement experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
