About The Role The Luxury Closet is looking for a VIP Admin Assistant who will work with the VIP Client Relations team, help in connecting and coordinating with the VIP clients, help acquiring new clients, maintain relationship with existing clients and provide exceptional service. If you have a passion for luxury products and fashion will enjoy the role!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing consignors.
  • Engage with consignors through email, chat, and calls to support them with their luxury merchandise.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing consignors to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain seamless communication across multiple departments, including merchandising and accounts, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly consignment targets for your assigned geographic market.
  • Develop and execute action plans to continuously grow consignment volumes for The Luxury Closet.
  • Identify and establish organic partnerships and tie-ups through self-generated leads to expand the consignor base and drive incremental business.

Requirements

  • Flexible to work 6 days a week, rotational offs and rotational shifts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of multiple luxury brands is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Pro-active service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach.
  • MS Office expertise: Word and Excel.
