We are hiring elite VIP Account Managers to manage and grow our highest-value players through concierge-level relationship management.
This role is built for people who treat a VIP portfolio like a business.
You will be measured on retention, reactivation, value growth, and the strength of the relationships you build.
You will have real autonomy, direct access to leadership, and a performance-led commission structure designed to reward results.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record managing high-value player portfolios.
Strong industry relationships are a plus, but we do not expect or want anyone to import third-party player data from previous employers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with high-value VIP players
- Own retention, reactivation, and lifetime value across your portfolio
- Identify, qualify and convert high potential players into VIPs
- Deliver a premium, personalised VIP experience with a concierge mindset
- Plan and execute personalised promotions, bonuses and experiences aligned to player value and margin
- Work with Marketing, CRM, Payments, Risk and Product to maximise VIP engagement
- Escalate responsible gaming, KYC, fraud, or risk issues promptly and follow internal processes
What We Look For
- Proven experience managing and growing a VIP portfolio in iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or a similar high-touch environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and high discretion
- Performance-driven mindset with comfort owning outcomes and targets
- Strong organisation and follow-through (you run your own book)
- Excellent written communication and fast response standards
- Comfort working remotely across time zones, including some evenings and weekends as required by VIP needs
- A service-first mentality with premium standards and attention to detail
- Experience working with Players from GCC Countries
