Videographer & Video Editor - Real Estate

Overview

Responsibilities

• Shoot professional videos of properties (apartments, villas, offices) including both interior and exterior shots.
• Capture high-quality footage using proper camera techniques, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Edit and produce marketing videos for digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Create AI-generated or AI-enhanced videos using modern tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, CapCut AI, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
• Transform property images, floor plans, and briefs into engaging video content using AI tools.
• Apply visual effects, transitions, color correction, motion graphics, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.
• Generate voiceovers, subtitles, and animations using AI-based tools when needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight property features creatively and develop campaign ideas.
• Organize and manage the property video library and digital assets.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video projects while maintaining high production standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography, video editing, and AI content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, or digital content creation.
• Experience in real estate or marketing videography is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Excellent attention to detail for both interior and exterior property shooting.
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to combine traditional filming techniques with AI-powered workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating AI-generated marketing or advertising videos.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Understanding of real estate marketing strategies and lead generation.
• Portfolio showcasing videography, editing, or AI-enhanced video projects.
