**RealTree Properties** is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled **Videographer / Video Editor** with real estate experience to join our growing team.
This role is essential in elevating our brand presence, showcasing luxury and standard property listings, and positioning our agents as confident, premium professionals across social media and sales platforms.
The ideal candidate understands the difference between luxury property visuals and standard listings, knows how to create high-converting real estate content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot property walk-throughs (luxury and standard listings)
- Film agent talking-head videos, trending reels, and social-first content
- Cover events, launches, behind-the-scenes content, and candid moments
- Capture high-quality event photos when required
- Set up professional lighting and audio for clean production quality
- Confidently use both professional cameras and iPhone when needed
- Create high-CTR thumbnails with proper framing and text space
- Edit fast-paced social media content optimized for engagement and retention
- Add hooks, captions, and subtitles to maximize watch time
- Apply clean, premium color grading
- Maintain organized file management and workflow
- Deliver content with fast turnaround times
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate videography and editing
- Strong understanding of angles, lighting, framing, and composition
- Ability to make agents look confident, sharp, and premium on camera
- Clear understanding of luxury property presentation vs. standard listings
- Skilled in short-form content editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience covering corporate events and launches
- Strong audio setup knowledge
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio/work samples required
