We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling content that aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Add graphics, animations, transitions, music, sound effects, and subtitles as needed.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging visual stories.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and organize video files, project assets, and archives.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and quality checks before final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with video editing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills and creativity.
- Experience editing content for social media and digital platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and pacing skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for producing engaging content.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
